[OSC_dev] native OSC dissector plugin for Wireshark

I recently was in need to record and debug OSC communication.

For this I have written a native OSC dissector plugin for Wireshark.

I've put an initial version up on GitHub.

It supports nested bundles and the usual argument types:

... may it be of use to somebody else, too ...
